POLICY AND TERMS OF SERVICE

📌 My average turnaround time is anywhere from 1-2 months for Live2D and 1-3 weeks for illustrations.📌 I reserve the right to decline any commission.📌 All art will be high resolution and sent to you unwatermarked in png format by default. All Live2D works will be sent in a ZIP folder with PSD. let me know if you need it in a different format.PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY📌 For commissions under $100, I will only begin after payment has been confirmed. for commissions over $100, I require a deposit of 50% of the total amount before starting. the rest is paid after proof of completion.📌 After I have sent you the first sketch, refunds are no longer available. Any time before that is fine.📌 I take payment via PayPal. Invoices are available on request.📌 E-transfer is available for Canadian clients and rates will be according to current USD to CAD values at the time.CREDIT AND COMMERCIAL USE POLICY📌 You are not permitted to claim my work as your own. artwork must be credited in bio / twitch about section / wherever applicable.📌 I reserve the full right to use the commissioned work on social media unless special circumstances apply (e.g. undebuted character).📌 You are not permitted to use my art commercially
